For The Love Of Garlic

New Zealand garlic, lemon, oil and salt are hand-whipped to perfection in this creamy Lebanese classic that’ll send your taste buds soaring. Offering endless culinary versatility, it’ll become your constant companion in the kitchen.

Traditional Hummus

Dried chickpeas are soaked, boiled and carefully blended with just the right amount of tahini to produce this creamy, tangy, silky smooth hummus that’s packed full of flavour. 

 

Try it with bread, crackers, meat or vegetables – the only limit is your imagination.

Smoky Baba Ghanoush

The perfect blend of roasted eggplant and Lebanese tahini, finished with a dash of lemon, garlic and salt. This characteristically smoky, melt-in-your-mouth dip has a depth of flavour that’ll make it an exciting addition to any mezza platter. 

 

Use on antipasto platters, in sandwiches or on fresh bread sprinkled with chilli flakes.

Golden Falafel Bites

Kohkoz falafel are made using specially prepared chickpeas mixed with freshly chopped coriander, parsley, onion, garlic and spices. Described as ‘falafel like no other’, they’re moist and fluffy in the middle, crunchy on the outside and packed full of flavour. 

For the best, crunchiest results, heat falafels in the oven. Also enjoyed cold.
