Traditional Hummus

Dried chickpeas are soaked, boiled and carefully blended with just the right amount of tahini to produce this creamy, tangy, silky smooth hummus that’s packed full of flavour.

Smoky Baba Ghanoush

The perfect blend of roasted eggplant and Lebanese tahini, finished with a dash of lemon, garlic and salt. This characteristically smoky, melt-in-your-mouth dip has a depth of flavour that’ll make it an exciting addition to any mezza platter.

Golden Falafel Bites

Kohkoz falafel are made using specially prepared chickpeas mixed with freshly chopped coriander, parsley, onion, garlic and spices. Described as ‘falafel like no other’, they’re moist and fluffy in the middle, crunchy on the outside and packed full of flavour. 

For the best, crunchiest results, heat falafels in the oven. Also enjoyed cold.
