This one’s close to my heart!
Growing up, I spent early mornings in my grandparents’ bakery back in Lebanon. The smell of dough rising, za’atar hitting the hot oven, cheese melting into soft flatbread—these are the memories that shaped Kohkoz.
And now, we’re finally bringing that to you.
We’ve added manakish to the menu.

What’s Available:

  • Za’atar – Made with our family za’atar blend. No fillers, just the good stuff.
  • Akkawi Cheese – A salty Lebanese cheese that melts beautifully.
  • Mixed (Za’atar & Cheese) – A classic combo.
  • Half & Half – Can’t decide? No need to.
